Migration Strategy · Perth, WA · OMARA Registered
Points-tested pathways, employer sponsorship, and founder visas — delivered with strategic precision for engineers, operators, and tech leaders in Australia.
What We Offer
Every engagement begins with a clear, structured strategy — not paperwork. We map your pathway before touching a single form. Our fees reflect legal accountability, strategic precision, and professional judgment — not administrative volume.
A structured strategy document: points position, pathway ranking, skills assessment strategy, state nomination viability, risk analysis, and a clear next-step plan.
Everything in the written report plus a 30-minute strategy session to clarify competitive positioning, invitation probability, and personalised optimisation.
End-to-end representation from skills assessment to visa grant. Includes EOI, state nomination, visa application, and Departmental correspondence. Stage-based billing.
Professional assistance with skills assessment submissions. Includes ANZSCO duty alignment, reference structure, documentation review, and application preparation.
Temporary Skill Shortage and Employer Nomination Scheme matters. Sponsorship, nomination, and visa applications managed with a focus on compliance and role substantiation.
A focused 30-minute strategy session to assess your migration position and clarify next steps. The full session fee is credited toward any full representation package if you proceed.
How It Works
Complete our structured questionnaire. We review your background, qualifications, employment, and points position before any advice is given.
We analyse your strongest pathway across 189, 190, 491, 482, or 186 — with honest risk analysis and a ranked recommendation.
A Service Agreement is issued per OMARA requirements. Work commences only upon signed agreement and advance payment receipt.
Every stage — skills assessment, EOI, nomination, visa — is executed systematically with document checklists and clear milestones.
Why Betterimmi
Better Immigration is built for a specific kind of client — the tech professional or operator who wants to understand their situation completely before committing to a pathway. We don't chase volume. We build clarity.
Internal AI tools enable structured drafting and analysis. All advice is reviewed and authorised by an OMARA-registered agent. Speed without shortcuts.
A tech founder who happens to be a Registered Migration Agent — not a volume processor. That changes the quality of the advice you receive.
Every matter starts with a pathway analysis and risk assessment. No guesswork. No reactive lodgement. Structured execution from day one.
Fees aligned to progress milestones. Reduces risk exposure for both parties and aligns payment with tangible outcomes.
All drafts are prepared using internal AI tools. Every deliverable is reviewed and authorised by Jagroop Gill, Registered Migration Agent (MARN 2318039). AI is an internal drafting assistant only — no AI tool communicates directly with clients without agent review.
The Agent
I built Better Immigration at the intersection of two worlds — technology and migration law. I'm a registered migration agent and a tech operator, and that combination fundamentally changes the quality of advice you receive.
I understand technical roles, how they map to ANZSCO, and how the Department assesses genuine positions. I know how assessing authorities evaluate software engineers, product managers, and data specialists. I don't guess at ANZSCO alignment — I reason through it systematically.
Every engagement is low-volume and high-attention. I use structured AI tools internally to improve speed and consistency, but every piece of advice that leaves this practice is reviewed and authorised by me personally.
Based in Canning Vale, Perth WA. Serving tech professionals across Australia and internationally.
